Accessibility & Participation Needs
The IAD Framework aims to make participation as accessible and inclusive as reasonably possible. Participants who have accessibility requirements, participation needs, or specific accommodation requests are encouraged to contact us before an event wherever possible.
Advance notice helps us determine what support may be feasible and allows sufficient time to prepare materials, formats, or arrangements where appropriate. Where practical, we recommend contacting us at least 48 hours prior to the start of an event.
Response Times
We aim to respond to enquiries within two business days.
Response times may occasionally be longer during periods of active event delivery, publication releases, teaching commitments, or travel.
